About

Hans Walter Fuchs founded his company in 2002 following a 13-year career in international Marketing and Sales.

As Head of Marketing Services at Beneo-Palatinit, a division of Südzucker AG, Mannheim, Hans Walter was responsible for the international marketing of sweeteners to the confectionery industry. His tasks included building the global brand as well as designing and implementing market research projects in Europe and overseas.

As a Product Manager for specialty chemicals at Bärlocher GmbH, Munich, Hans Walter was responsible for managing a profit centre (€ 25 Mio turnover/p.a.), coordinating a strategic alliance, analyzing the profitability of a new plant investment, implementing the project in cooperation with partner Degussa AG, researching markets and competitors and formulating country-specific market strategies.

As a Key Account Manager at Lahnau Akustik GmbH, Lahnau, a company marketing acoustic materials in glass and metal, Hans Walter was in charge of managing key accounts in Europe and coordinating a strategic alliance with the US partner Armstrong World Industries.

Hans Walter earned his MBA at the Henley Business School, UK. He studied English, French and Law at Heidelberg University, Germany, and at the University of Aix-en-Provence, France. He finished his studies with an MA in Translation and Interpretation.

Hans Walter is trilingual and offers his services in the same, consistent high quality, in English, German and French. His practical experience as an international manager enables him to quickly understand the customer´s situation and to develop pragmatic solutions.

He has a passion for unconventional "out-of-the box thinking" and challenges his clients to develop and implement innovative approaches to reach ambitious growth targets.

As an experienced consultant and facilitator he has worked for multinational corporations and medium-sized companies in the following countries: Belarus, Brazil, China, Dubai, Finland, France, Malaysia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, US.

Hans Walter is a lecturer for Strategic Management at the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt, and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.

He is married, with two children, and lives in Worms/Rhein, Germany.
